Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality e-learning content for our customers. You will work closely with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and e-learning development, with experience in creating online courses and educational materials. You will be responsible for developing e-learning content that meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality e-learning content, including text, images, audio, and video
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop e-learning courses
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in e-learning
- Test and evaluate e-learning content to ensure it meets quality standards
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of e-learning projects
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in e-learning development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in e-learning development or a related field required.
