Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Collaborate with curriculum specialists to ensure all content is pedagogically sound and accurate.
• Create multimedia assets including instructional videos, interactive quizzes, and infographics.
• Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle from storyboard to deployment.
• Optimize digital content for various learning management systems (LMS) and mobile devices.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on all digital learning materials to ensure seamless user experience.
• Analyze learner engagement data to iteratively improve content effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for educational purposes.
• Advanced knowledge of multimedia production and digital asset management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Certification in specialized e-learning development tools is highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital content development, instructional design, or educational technology. Proven experience in managing digital learning projects from conception to completion is essential. We value candidates who have a portfolio demonstrating high-quality interactive learning modules.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
