We are seeking a highly skilled Geothermal Energy Engineer to join our team in Jos, Nigeria. As a Geothermal Energy Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing geothermal energy projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop geothermal energy projects, including resource assessment, site selection, and project feasibility studies
  • Conduct site investigations, gather data, and analyze results to determine geothermal resource potential
  • Develop and implement project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical)
  • 5-10 years of experience in geothermal energy, renewable energy, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of geothermal energy principles, including resource assessment and project development
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and geothermal energy modeling tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical)
