Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop geothermal energy systems, including exploration, drilling, and power plant design
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for geothermal energy projects
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
- 5-10 years of experience in geothermal energy or a related field
- Strong knowledge of geothermal energy systems, including exploration, drilling, and power plant design
- Excellent project management and communication skills

Education
