🎯 Job Purpose
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations across the country mission under the direct supervision of the Country Director, ensuring efficient procurement, supply chain management, and compliance with donor regulations.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities across all bases nationwide
- Supervise Deputy Logistics Coordinator and ITC team
- Provide technical support to Logistics Managers in field locations
- Develop procurement plans and ensure timely implementation
- Support opening of new operational bases in the Northwest
- Monitor supply chain performance and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with SI procedures and donor requirements
- Strengthen coordination with program and operational teams

🧑💼 Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in humanitarian logistics
- Previous experience in a similar coordination role preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics procedures and donor compliance
- Budget management and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing contexts
- Capacity to train and build team competencies
Languages:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
