Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental impact assessments for new and existing mining sites
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce mining-related ecological risks
- Collaborate with local communities to address environmental concerns
- Prepare detailed reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Expertise in environmental impact assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of Nigerian mining and environmental laws

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or related field

- History of successful regulatory audits
Salary
300,000 – 500,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
