Job Overview
The Retail Banking Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of end‑to‑end retail banking processes across GTBank’s Benin City operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap for retail banking channels, including branch, digital, and mobile platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to redesign processes, integrate new technologies, and improve service delivery metrics.
- Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points and implement solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless rollout of new products and services.
- Establish performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor transformation progress and report outcomes to senior leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Ensure all transformation activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational efficiencies while maintaining high service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to lead large‑scale transformation programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of retail banking products, digital channels, and customer experience design.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.

Education

Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦2,500,000 to ₦3,500,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance‑based bonuses.
