Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high‑quality credit portfolio aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and profitability targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, including financial statement analysis, cash‑flow modeling, and industry risk evaluation.
  • Monitor existing exposures, identify early warning signals, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate credit deterioration.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to structure tailored financing solutions that meet client needs while adhering to credit policies.
  • Prepare detailed credit proposals, risk ratings, and presentation materials for senior credit committees.
  • Lead periodic portfolio reviews, stress testing, and reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Mentor junior credit analysts and promote best practices in credit underwriting and risk management.

Required Skills
