Job Overview
The Customer Experience Strategy Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer experience initiatives across all service channels. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the role involves analyzing customer journey data, identifying pain points, and crafting strategic solutions that drive retention, increase Net Promoter Score (NPS), and support revenue growth. The manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and IT—to ensure a seamless, omnichannel experience for both existing and prospective subscribers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops to redesign journey maps and implement service enhancements.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, Customer Effort Score (CES), and churn rate.
- Partner with the Marketing team to create targeted communication campaigns that reinforce brand promises.
- Oversee the rollout of digital self‑service tools, chatbots, and AI‑driven support platforms.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting impact, ROI, and future recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution skills.
- Experience in designing omnichannel customer journeys.
- Knowledge of telecom products, pricing models, and regulatory environment.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
