Job Overview
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst will play a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s relationship with its retail customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations, the analyst will analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that enhance product offerings, improve service quality, and increase customer satisfaction.
