Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our software solutions. This role is critical to our retention and expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for key enterprise accounts.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address potential churn risks.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or professional services within the technology sector. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and driving product adoption is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 850,000 to SSP 1,200,000, depending on experience and performance metrics.
