Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital banking roadmap aligned with Ecobank’s strategic objectives and market demands.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop mobile, web, and API‑based banking solutions that deliver seamless, secure, and user‑friendly experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging fintech trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to embed robust governance frameworks into all digital products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on user feedback.
- Drive partnerships with fintech startups, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies to accelerate innovation.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and budget proposals for digital initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Required Skills

Education

Salary
