Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital banking roadmap aligned with Ecobank’s strategic objectives and market demands.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to develop mobile, web, and API‑based banking solutions that deliver seamless, secure, and user‑friendly experiences.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging fintech trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to embed robust governance frameworks into all digital products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on user feedback.
• Drive partnerships with fintech startups, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies to accelerate innovation.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and budget proposals for digital initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile app development, and open banking APIs.
