Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale digital initiatives for our clients in the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior leadership and client partners.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams—including consultants, engineers, data scientists, and change managers—to deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain program governance structures, risk registers, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive briefings, and regular status updates to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Identify emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that drive competitive advantage.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes to secure the best value and quality of services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and corporate governance policies throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in managing complex digital transformation programs spanning multiple business units.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and robotic process automation.

Education

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of seven years of hands‑on experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment. Salary
