Position Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening Dangote Cement’s presence in the Nigerian market.   • Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strong customer relationship management practices to improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand changing business requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Account Management & Reporting

  • Manage key customer accounts and monitor account performance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using company systems and CRM tools.
  • Prepare detailed sales reporting documents and performance reports.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate with finance and logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Additional sales certifications will be considered an advantage.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial sales.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction materials, FMCG, or industrial products is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
