Key Responsibilities

• Lead research projects focused on low‑carbon cement formulations, supplementary cementitious materials, and recycled aggregate utilization.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments, pilot‑scale trials, and field tests to validate material performance.
• Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to translate technical innovations into marketable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including ISO 14001 and EN standards for sustainable construction.
• Manage relationships with universities, research institutes, and industry partners to foster joint development initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, concrete technology, and alternative binder systems.
• Proficiency in material characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, TGA, and compressive strength testing.

Education
