Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable textile solutions that meet the needs of our customers while minimizing our environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for sustainable innovation and implement new technologies and processes
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest sustainable textile technologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the sourcing of sustainable materials and services
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on sustainable textile practices and technologies

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in textile manufacturing and sustainability
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainable textile solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
