Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA) – Digital Banking

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • We are seeking energetic, results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our Digital Banking Team. The role involves driving Mobile App downloads for new customers, Debit card issuance, and POS terminal deployment to Merchants and Agents. Additionally, the role requires ensuring consistent usage through effective support and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Mobile app downloads for new customers.
  • Debit Card issuance to new & existing customers.
  • Identify and onboard new merchants
  • Train merchants on proper usage of POS terminals
  • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to drive transaction volumes
  • Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports
  • Promote and sell POS solutions to prospective clients
  • Support merchants with POS installation and activation

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND in any field with 0-2 year experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
  • Previous experience in sales or fintech is an added advantages

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
